Corporate finance has never been transparent; especially SMEs have been navigating the dark mazes of fund finances and the legal small print of banking contracts for ever.

However, public finance opting for grants instead of loans or co-investments and the digital driven platform finances are not only changing this, but has already completely disrupted the finance sector.

As a Capitalizer for innovative companies, I access such funds on a regular basis and enjoy observing how capital is not only available, but actually being democratised for the first time ever.

This week I had the pleasure to share these evolutions with the very participative (as you see in the photo) MBA students of the Lisbon School of Economics and Management in Prof. Manuel Laranja’s Strategic Management line.
