The Zoom Smart Cities Conference in Lisbon is an annual event demonstrating the global capacity to use latest technologies for the improvement of urban quality of life.

The 2018 event saw a series of inspiring presentations by thought leaders and corporations like Manuel Sanromá (City of Barcelona), Selma Guerreiro (Newcastle University) and Marloes Pomp (Dutch government).

I was honoured to participate in “The People Panel” with Noa Jansma (Catcallers), Laura Korčulanin (Give a Shit) and João Seixas (Urban EU Commission) debating the social, cultural and ecological impacts on smart cities.
