Born in Denmark in 1962, in Portugal since 1995, and an Iberic executive for twenty-five years. Decades living in eight EMEA countries implementing Nordic and Anglo-Saxon management — achieving team results through elevated dynamics, governance and ethical standards.

Vision is the fundamental base for an efficient change or turnaround process. I chair the board through it — leader visibility, mission-based motivational systems and effective internal communications, held to a governance standard the room can be measured against.

I establish the agenda, decision rhythm and accountability that connect owners, board and management — especially through restructuring, cultural change and turnarounds.
Supporting capital
I structure funding, divestments, mergers and acquisitions in service of the board's agreed strategy and the company's long-term resilience.
